Mum had a great sense of humour and Kevin reflected that in the service. It was absolutely perfect. A great send off for my beautiful mum xx

Jordan even gave a personal touch as he used the same font, that had a meaning of significance, that had been used for the order of service, for the name plate on the coffin. He made the experience pleasant and we all felt that he was personally committed to ensuring that the funeral went well.
