About us

Edwin Pounds & Sons Funeral Directors in Sandbeds is on Bradford Road.

We can help plan services for many different cultures and faiths, as well as those with no religious beliefs.

The funeral home has free parking if you are arriving by car. Our closest bus stop is outside the branch, Sunny Mount Bus Stop.

Our funeral home has a portable ramp to allow a wheelchair user access. Please get in touch if you require a ramp to enter to allow quick entry for your visit. We do not have a disabled toilet. We are happy to arrange a home visit if you prefer.

We have a private chapel of rest to enable families to spend time with their loved ones. Whilst our branch does not have it’s own service venue, our Bradford branch has a service venue to hold a service for roughly 40 people which you can use.

Our Sandbeds funeral home is open Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm. Funeral home opening times may vary over bank holidays, but we are always available on the telephone 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
